The information you submit must include high resolution images of all the products you would like THE VELVET FROG to consider, product descriptions & pricing, delivery timeframes, list of who you currently do business with online, and your business bio.   Please be sure to include all the pertinent contact info to include business and cell phone numbers, best time to reach you, email contacts and snail mail address.  If you have a website, please provide that link too.

All products received by THE VELVET FROG, will become our property and will not be returned unless you make the necessary return shipping arrangements with the carrier of your choice.    Upon review of your materials we will notify you of our decision.

Regrettably, THE VELVET FROG cannot accept all new products submitted, as we are extremely vendor dedicated and strive to achieve the perfect balance of design, style, and diversity with the products and companies we work with.  Product quality, creativity & uniqueness,  AND customer service are of utmost importance to us!
