International Orders Currently we are unable to ship orders outside the United States with exception to Canada. Orders shipping to Canada are limited to smaller items and decor that are available to ship via UPS/FedEx. For orders shipping to Canada please email us at info@thevelvetfrog.com so that we may quote you the appropriate shipping charges.
Payment Options We accept major credit cards- Visa, MasterCard, Checks/Money Orders/Wire Transfers. You can feel confident placing your order through our on-line secure shopping cart. On-line orders placed through the shopping cart are limited to Visa and MasterCard transactions. If you would like to pay by Check or Money Order or Wire Transfer, or feel more comfortable placing an order by phone, please contact us at (703) 753-0474 and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you. Orders placed through THE VELVET FROG require PAYMENT IN FULL at the time the order is placed, therefore your credit card will be charged the merchandise total, less freight shipping (if applicable) at the time it is processed. Sales Tax No sales tax will be charged if the delivery address is located out of the state of Virginia. All deliveries in Virginia will be charged an 5.5% sales tax on merchandise. Backorder Policy:
Occasionally, due to high demand, some of our non-custom products may be backordered for a period of time. In the case of a backorder, you will be notified immediately of the expected ship date of that item. No charge will be incurred until your order is available to ship. All backorders will ship promptly unless the order has been cancelled. In order to cancel an order, please send us an email requesting cancellation to customer_svc@thevelvetfrog.com. You will receive an email confirming cancellation, providing the item has not shipped. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions. New Product Submission THE VELVET FROG is always on the lookout for new artists and designers. To share your work with us, please send us an email with as much information as possible about you and your work, including high res images of your designs and pricing. We do not require physical samples of your work, but it is helpful to see the product in person. Please send all submissions to newvendors@thevelvetfrog.com.
